Delivery and returns.

Our wetsuits and changing robes are carefully packaged and shipped out to you within 24 hours of payment. We hope that your items will be with you in 3-5 working days. We charge £4.99 for delivery, regardless of how many items you order. At present we are only shipping within the UK via our online store. But get in touch if you’d like us to quote for international postage.

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods in their original condition for a full refund. We aim to complete refunds within 7 working days.

If you require a refund or exchange, return your item to the address listed in your invoice. You will have received this via email when you placed your order. When returning or exchanging, include a printed copy of your invoice stating the reason for your return and/or the new size you require. In order to save paper, we don’t include a paper invoice with your order.
